Filed for Bankruptcy – Acquired by Former Competitor: “Strong Interest”

A few years ago, they were one of Sweden’s hottest watch brands and one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies. Now it turns out that the brand is getting a second chance, but in new hands. David Wendel, Daniel Wellington’s former Head of Business Development and Growth, has acquired the former competitor.
